APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure joints are clean, straighten out and free from excessed bricks mortars. Moisten the joints with water before grouting but ensure no standing water; this is especially required in hot climates and with porous tiles.
MIXING
Use clean mixing bucket and cool clean water. Carefully measure the required amount of water, mixing water and powder at 1:3 (1 water with 3 powder by weight) into the bucket. Always add powder to water. Mix the grout for one minute and then pause to scrape down the sides; mix again until a smooth, semi fluid and uniform consistency is achieved; total mixing time is approximately 3 minutes.
APPLYING
Apply the mixed grout using a flexible metal trowel, spatula, gauging trowel or caulking gun.
Ensure the grout is well compacted into the joints. Remove excessed grout from the tile surface before it dries and clean the area carefully and thoroughly.
After 24 hours, the area can be used for light traffic.
CLEANING
Use water to clean the equipment immediately after used.
PRODUCT LIMITATIONS
•    Do not use for area in contact with chemicals.
•    Do not use in expansion or movement joints.
•    In swimming pool applications, use KKS® TILEJOINT (White) mixed with KKS® LATEX 310 (as replacement for water) to ensure the color fastness and better waterproofing. Do not fill the pool until 14 days after grouting.
