PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KKS® TILEBOND C2-S2 is one component, cement-polymer based, ready-mixed tile adhesive.
This product meets the technical requirements of C2 group S2 class of cementitious tile adhesive mortar - high-grade cementitious tile adhesive mortar with transverse deformation ability according to TCVN 7899-1:2008 (or ISO 13007: 2004).

USES
• Can be used for both indoor and outdoor.
• Can be used in wet area such as: bathrooms, kitchens.
• Can be applied on glazed and unglazed tiles.
• Suitable for outdoor tiles for large types of bricks and stones such as granite, slate, marble, quart stone... combined with anchor, hook.
APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION
Concrete surface must be clean, sound, level and uncontaminated by oil or grease. Absorbent substrates must be pre-wetted to saturated surface dry condition.
MIXING
The mixing ratio is about 23-25% compare to the amount of mortar.
Mixing the product by trowel until the mixture is consistency. In larger quantities, use the low speed mixer.
COVERAGE
About 3.0 – 4.5 kg/m2 /3mm
APPLYING
Using specialized towel to apply a thin coat, then apply the bond with suitable thickness, normally from 2 mm to 4mm.
The consumption depends on the surface roughness and the roughness of substrate as well as on the size of the tiles and the placing technique (simple placing or back-buttering).
CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment immediately after finishing work and before the material becomes harden with clean water.
LIMITATION
In the high heat of application condition, it is necessary to water the surface to reduce the heat prior to the application in order to avoid peeling phenomenon.
