PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KKS® TILEBOND C2
is one component, cement-polymer based, ready-mixed tile adhesive.
It meets the technical requirements of C2 class cementitious tile adhesive mortar - high-grade cementitious tile adhesive mortar according to TCVN 7899-1:2008 (or ISO 13007-1: 2004)
ADVANTAGE
•    Modified cement-polymer based tile adhesive mortar, with economic efficiency
•    High impact resistance: reduce damage to tile caused by impact.
•    Increased polymer helps to minimize peeling and problems in application.
•    High adhesive strength.
•    Long-time workability, which allows adjustment after applying.
•    Anti-slipping when installing the vertical.
•    Non-toxic, can be used for domestic water.
USES
•    Can be used for both porous tiles and non-porous tiles.
•    To tile the floor, rooftop, terrace.
•    Grouting the decorative tiles and heat-insulating panels.
•    It can be used on horizontal and vertical applications.
APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION

Concrete surface must be clean, sound, level and uncontaminated by oil or grease. Absorbent substrates must be pre-wetted to saturated surface dry condition.
MIXING
The mixing ratio is about 25% compare to the amount of mortar.
Mixing the product by trowel until the mixture is consistency. In larger quantities, use the low speed mixer.
COVERAGE
 About 2.5 - 3.0 kg/m2/2mm
APPLYING
Using specialized towel to apply a thin coat, then apply the bond with suitable thickness, normally from 2 mm to 4mm.
The consumption depends on the surface roughness and the roughness of substrate as well as on the size of the tiles and the placing technique (simple placing or back-buttering).
CURING
Rapid drying out due to strong sunlight or wind must be avoided. Dampened concrete surface regularly in the first 7 days.
CLEANING
Clean tools and equipment immediately after finishing work and before the material becomes harden with clean water.
