CONCRETE ADMIXTURES
DESCRIPTION
KKS® AIR 800 is a ready-to-use highly concentrated air entraining concrete admixture, provides a small amount of air bubbles distributed evenly throughout the volume and be controlled in the desired dosage of grading.
It complies with ASTM C 260.

USE
KKS® AIR 800 used to produce easily workable and durable concrete for:
• Embankments, breakwaters, dams
• Light-weight concrete, light cement mortar.
• Roads, runways and taxiways
• Monolithic concrete

DOSAGE
0.03 – 0.3 liters /100 kg of cement
COMPATIBILITY
KKS® AIR 800 is possible to combine with all KKS’s concrete admixture products, but it must be added separately to the mix. KKS® AIR 800 is compatible with all Portland cement including sulfate resistant cement.
CONSUMPTION
KKS® AIR 800 must mandatorily be diluted in the mixing water before pouring into the mixer. Do not mix with dry cement.
NOTES ON APPLICATION
Trial mixes are recommended to establish exact dosage rates required to suit individual requirements. If assistance is required, please contact the KKS Technical Service Department.

STORAGE / SHELF LIFE
KKS® AIR 800 has to be stored in dry, cool, shaded place. If stored properly in unopened, original packaging, it has a shelf life of 12 months.

KKS® AIR 800 will irritate the skin, eyes and cause irritation to the skin. When splashed in the eyes or on skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
