WATERPROOFING
DESCRIPTION
KKS® WATERSEAL 309 is a 2-component of flexible and high elasticity waterproofing coating. It is designed to prevent water infiltration for concrete and mortar.

USE
KKS® WATERSEAL 309 is designed for use as an effective waterproofing layer on different types of substrate.
Areas of application:
• Water tanks
• Swimming pools and pool decks
• Anticorrosion for reinforcing steel.
• Used for waterproofing under marble, granite even in wet areas.
• Suitable for use on new or refurbishment projects
• Water container structures and ponds.
APPLICATION
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Ensure substrate is clean and sound, free of dust, loose particles, grease or any other contaminants. The substrate must be damp but free from standing water.
MIXING RATIO
A(Liquid)/ B(Powder)=1/2(by weight)
A set of 15kg includes 5kg of part A(Liquid) and 10kg of part B(powder).
MIXING
Use the clean container to slowly add the powder componet to liquid componen while stirring them by using grill mixer at slow speed until the mixture is consistency and free of lumps
APPLICATION
Apply KKS® WATERSEAL 309 with hard bristle brush, roller or trowel.
When more than one layer is needed, the second or subsequent layers will be applied after the previous layer is dry (1 to 2 hours).
LIMITATION
• Concrete substrate must be throughly wetted before the coating applying.
• Part mixing is not recommended.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
Tools and equipments should be cleaned immediately with water. Hardened and/or cured material can only be mechanically removed.

STORAGE / SHELF LIFE
KKS® WATERSEAL 309 must be stored in a dry, covered place. has to be in dry, cool, shaded place. If stored properly in original unopened packaging, it’s available for 12 months.

KKS® WATERSEAL 309 can cause irritation to the skin, eyes and skin allergies. When splashed in the eyes or on skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary. Gloves, mask, goggles should always be worn. Product is non-hazardous in transportation. Disposal should be done according to local law.
