DESCRIPTION
KKS® ULTRA HARDENER is massively solid floor hardening pre-mixed powder designed to be applied as a dry shake over a freshly floated concrete floor or floor screed. The product is based on selected hard wearing metallic aggregates blended with certain alkali and hydraulic binders to increase hardness, abrasion resistance and aesthetic.

USE
KKS® ULTRA HARDENER creates a hard surface to resist substrate abrasion. Suitable uses for floors suffered serious mechanical abrasion and demand the construction of a special hard coating as:

APPLICATION
SUBTRATES PREPARATION
The design and construction of the floor should be adequate to withstand the traffic, impact and such other loads the floor is likely to be exposed to. The vibrating beam and leveling work should be in right way to get optimum result. After the concrete separates water and before it is hardening, quickly flattening the substrate with machine.

STORAGE/SHELFLIFE
KKS® ULTRA HARDENER must be stored in a dry, covered place. Under unopened and undamaged packaging condition, this product is available for 12 months.
SAFETY INFORMATION
KKS® ULTRA HARDENER is non-toxic but alkaline like normal cement and can cause irritation with sensitive skin. Gloves, mask, goggles should always be worn. Product is non-hazardous in transportation.
