DESCRIPTION
KKS® FLOOR S164 is two-component multi-functional epoxy coating.

APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION
Floor surfaces in direct contact with the ground must have a moisture-tight layer or waterproofing before concreting. Drying concrete floor, humidity below 5%, minimum compressive strength is 25 N/mm2, application temperature is between 10-30oC .
All dusts, loose and friable material must be completely removed from all surfaces before application of the product. When the concrete floor has a defect, use concrete repair mortar to smooth or handle the defects of the floor. Should try a small area to test before full application.
MIXING
Mixing ratio: A / B = 7 / 2.1 (by weight)
Before application, the two components A and B must be thoroughly stir in the electric mixer at 300 to 400 rpm. The minimum mixing time is 3 minutes, but can be mixed longer until a uniform mix has been achieved.
APPLICATION
The construction area must be sufficiently ventilated to enable the solvent to escape, especially at low temperatures.
Application tools: Use brush, short hair roller or pressure sprayer and avoid creating puddles.
KKS® PRIMER 160 PRIMING LAYER
Use KKS® PRIMER 160 as a priming coating, mix according to ratio: A/B = 1/1 (by weight) then apply with dosage: 0.15 kg/m2
Depending on the emptiness of the surface to choose the suitable primer. Wait until the primer dries (around 12-24 hours) to apply the next coat.
KKS® FLOOR S164 COATING
After the priming coating dried, apply the next coat with the consumption of 0.15 – 0.2 kg/m2. If using as small portions, the proportion has to be followed strictly. Wait until this coat to dry (12 – 24 hours) until applying the next coating.
Apply the final coating is similar to the middle layer for a complete coating.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
Clean all tools and application equipment with KKS®Thinner S01 immediately after use. Then wash again with soap and warm water
NOTICE
Do not apply KKS® FLOOR S164 on high moisture substrates.
The 2-compoment KKS® FLOORR S164 mixture should be stored away from humidity, water and condensation up to 24 hours.
Do not use the hard material at the end of the construction period.

STORAGE / SHELF LIFE
KKS® FLOOR S164 must be stored in a dry, covered place. Both 2 parts have shelf life of at least 12 months from the date of production with right storage conditions, undamaged and unopened bag.
SAFETY INFORMATION
KKS® FLOOR S164 will irritate the skin, eyes and cause an allergy to skin. Eyes, skin and respirator protection should be worn out. In the event of contamination wash thoroughly with water. If the eyes or mouth are affected wash with clean water and obtain medical attention immediately. The product is not dangerous when transported, non-toxic, non-flammable.
