DESCRIPTION
KKS® REMOVER 400 A metal rust remover such as iron and steel, and is produced on the basis of inorganic and organic chemicals which is used to clean rusted steel.

USE
• Remove rust on building reinforcement caused by wet environment
• Treating steel against corrosive agents
• Remove steel on the floor, inside and outside the pipe.
APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface of steel before treatment should be cleaned of dirt, dry and grease free.
APPLICATION METHOD
Use a brush or spray device on the surface to be treated. Depending on the leveling can be swept 2- 3 times separated by 20-30 minutes with the norms of 6 – 12 m2 /litter (depending on the degree of surface rust).
Application in dry conditions, avoid direct contact with water or rain when the product is not completely dry.
After 24 hours of KKS® REMOVER 400 application, use clean water to wash the KKS® REMOVER 400 residue on the steel surface before pouring the concrete. Washable with water in combination with a brush or by spraying water wash.
CLEANNING OF TOOLS
Clean tools and equipment with detergent immediately after finishing
APPLICATION CONDITIONS/ LIMITATIONS
KKS® REMOVER 400 is not applicable for rusted steel has a scab (Steel type D – according to TCXDVN 334: 2005 standard).

STORAGE/ SHELF LIFE
KKS® REMOVER 400 has to be stored in dry, cool, shaded place. If stored properly in unopened, original packaging, its shelf life is 12 months.
SAFETY INFORMATION
KKS® REMOVER 400 may cause skin irritation and eye damage. Gloves, eyeglasses and respirators protection should be worn when using the product. When splashed in the eyes or on skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary. Product is non-hazardous in transportation.
