PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KKS® MORTAR is a high-grade cementitious pre-mixed mortar that can be used for regular bricks and most of the unbaked bricks.

KKS® MORTAR is specialized in building bearing wall for indoor and outdoor application with regular wall bricks and most of the unbaked bricks.

APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface should be clean, free from oil, grease, paint, wax or other contaminants.
MIXING
The mixing ratio is about 15%-18% compare to the amount of mortar.
Mixing the product by trowel until the mixture is homogeneous. In larger quantities, use the low speed mixer.
APPLYING
Wall building: use trowels to apply KKS® MORTAR between heading courses.
Wall finishing: Apply KKS® MORTAR on wall surface to make wall cover and smoothing the surface using the specialized ruler, trowels.
CLEANING
To avoid the materials getting harden, make sure to wash the tools and equipment right after finishing the works by water.

STORAGE / SHELF LIFE
KKS® MORTAR must be stored in dry, covered place. Unpacked, undamaged packaging has 9 months of shelf life.
SAFETY INFORMATION
KKS® MORTAR contains cement which can cause skin irritation. Wear eye protection and respirator. The product is not dangerous when transported. Non-toxic, non-flammable. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations. For more information, please refer to the latest Product Safety Data Sheet.
